BIOGRAPHY
Joe Dutkiewicz is a Founding Partner and Business Coach with Spark Consultancy Group LLC and works with CEOs and other senior leaders to ignite their passion to reach their next level success.
Mr. Dutkiewicz is actively engaged as a volunteer mentor with Everwise. Everwise provides enterprise software that helps the world’s leading organizations optimize their workforce development investments by extending learning beyond content to incorporate people and development experiences.
Mr. Dutkiewicz is advocate for strengthening leadership skills in our workplaces and across the world. He has an extensive financial services and non-profit career holding leadership positions including front line service; interest rate, investments, operations and enterprise risk management; corporate treasury, liquidity and funding; mergers and acquisitions; and balance sheet optimization. He worked with senior organizational leaders and boards of directors to recommend strategies, oversee execution and report compliance to policies and guidelines and developing teams.
Mr. Dutkiewicz is also the Founder and CEO of Crayon Leadership LLC, a personal and professional leadership development organization to help rising leaders create and sustain transformational mindsets and high performing teams. He is a student of leadership studying the masters. He has been personally certified and mentored by John C. Maxwell, the number one leadership statesman of our time as a leadership coach, teacher and speaker. He traveled with Dr. Maxwell and peer John Maxwell Team International Leadership Coaches facilitating 20,000 leaders in developing strong leadership skills and values in the seven streams of influence at the request of the Guatemalan government.
Mr. Dutkiewicz co- facilitated LIVE2LEAD half-day interactive leadership experiences in Milwaukee and Appleton Wisconsin, and co-founded The Business Building Academy in Southeast Wisconsin to help entrepreneurial leaders continually develop leadership, sales, marketing, finance and health skills.
Mr. Dutkiewicz holds a Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Grand Valley State University and an Interdisciplinary Bachelor’s in Pre-Law from Michigan State University. He is a member of Delta Mu Delta Chapter of the University’s Honorary Business Fraternity at the time, life member of the National Eagle Scout Association and earned the Boy Scouts’ Eagle Scout award and Order of the Arrow designation.
